The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is now open. This luxury New Hampshire lakefront resort offers accommodations, fine dining, a spa, and seasonal amenities in the Lakes Region.

Yes, The Spa at The Lake Estate welcomes both hotel guests and local residents. To ensure a relaxing and personalized experience, reservations are required for all spa treatments. You can view our spa treatment and services menu online.

At this time, The Lake Estate docks are not available for use by the general public.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We prioritize the exclusive enjoyment of our registered guests. However, we’d love to welcome you to experience our hospitality in other ways!

Public areas open to everyone include:

• Spa and Salon
• Special Event Space

Kindly note that for the comfort and privacy of our overnight guests, the following amenities are exclusive to registered guests:

• Pool
• Beaches
• Scenic walking trails
• Tennis and pickleball courts
• Docks

The Lake Estate maintains a dress code throughout our public spaces. In the Grand Lobby and public areas, we kindly ask that guests wear shirts or appropriate cover-ups, along with sandals or shoes. Footwear is required in accordance with health and safety regulations.

For guests joining us for dinner in The Dining Room, we respectfully request adherence to our Resort Chic dress code.

For women: dresses, skirts, nice shorts or slacks with blouse or polo.
For men: dress slacks or tailored shorts, casual button-down shirt, or polo.
We kindly request that hats be removed while dining.

Our intention is to preserve the refined and elegant atmosphere that defines the dining experience at The Lake Estate.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding and thank you for helping us maintain the unassuming luxury experience our guests have come to expect.

We offer both valet parking and self-parking for our guests.

• Valet Parking: For your convenience, we provide valet parking services. Please inquire about valet availability and any associated fees during the booking process or upon arrival at the property.
• Self-Parking: We also offer self-parking on-site. Since space may be limited, please inquire about parking availability during the booking process or upon arrival.

We understand the importance of eco-friendly travel but currently do not have any electric charging stations on property. However, we plan to add charging stations in the future and will update our website when this has been completed.

While we adore our four-legged friends, The Lake Estate does not allow pets.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.

Yes, there is a $45 daily resort fee to include in-room stocked pantry, Wi-Fi, health club, pool and tennis/pickleball.

No, The Lake Estate does not have a Kids Club. The Lake Estate welcomes guests of all ages but is best suited for adult vacations and couples retreats. 

The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all guests. We strive to comply with all applicable accessibility standards.

• Accessible Rooms: A selection of our guest rooms are designed to meet the needs of guests with disabilities. These rooms may feature wider doorways, accessible bathrooms with grab bars and roll-in showers, and lowered furniture.
• Public Areas: Many of our public areas are accessible, including the main entrance, elevators, and public restrooms.

Boats are not allowed to be brought on property and no trailer parking is available. However, we have partnered with Winnisquam Marine for all your boating needs.  Please reach out to their team for more details.

To maintain the comfort and experience for which The Lake Estate is known, our King Bedded Guest Rooms are thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to two adults.

If you are traveling with a third guest, we invite you to consider one of our Queen/Queen Guest Rooms or one of our Luxury Suites, which offer additional space and enhanced comfort. Please note that a $75 nightly fee will apply for a third guest staying in a Luxury Suite.
